This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations apply to purchases made from Farm Ready (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website or membership platforms.

By buying any product, course, or membership from us, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Digital Products & Membership Access

Farm Ready provides digital training, tools, guidance and support to help you understand and use legal H-2A/H-2B work visa programs and contact potential employers directly. Access to content is usually granted immediately after successful payment.

Because you receive immediate access to digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable, except as set out in this policy.

3. No Outcome Guarantees

Refunds are not given on the basis of results. Specifically, we do not offer refunds if:

  • You do not get a job or job offer
  • Your visa or permit is refused, delayed or limited
  • You do not receive replies from employers
  • Your income, hours or work conditions are not what you expected

Our products are educational. Your results depend on your actions, applications, honesty, timing and external decisions that are outside our control.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered

We want fair relationships with our members. In specific cases, we may review and, at our sole discretion, approve a partial or full refund if:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment or clear billing mistake); or
  • You could not access the product due to a technical problem on our side and we were unable to fix it within a reasonable time after you contacted support; or
  • You clearly received a different product than what was advertised at the time of purchase.

To request a review, you must contact us promptly with proof of payment and a clear explanation of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Deciding not to use the material after gaining access
  • Failure to follow the steps, lessons or guidance provided
  • Misunderstanding what our service is, if it is correctly explained on our pages (we do not sell jobs, we do not guarantee visas)
  • Misuse, sharing, copying or distributing our content in breach of our Terms

6. Subscriptions & Cancellations

If you join a recurring membership (monthly or similar), your plan may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

How to cancel:

  • You can request cancellation via our official support channels (email or WhatsApp) as explained on our website; and
  • You must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

When you cancel:

  • You will keep access until the end of the current paid period (unless otherwise stated)
  • Future renewals will stop
  • Fees already paid for the current or past periods are not refunded

7. One-Time Payments

For once-off payments (such as a single course, guide, or resource pack):

  • Payment is processed immediately and access is granted shortly after confirmation.
  • These purchases are non-refundable, except where there has been a clear technical or billing error on our side.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any problem with billing or access, we ask that you contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly.

Unjustified chargebacks (for example, claiming fraud where you or your household made the purchase and accessed content) may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Permanent ban from future programs
  • Possible further action to recover losses where appropriate

9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws require a different outcome than this policy, the law will apply.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
