1. Who We Are

Farm Ready (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides online training, tools, and support to help people understand and use legal H-2A and H-2B work visa programs and apply directly to real employers.

We are not a recruitment agency, labour broker, or visa agency. We do not sell jobs, guarantee jobs, or charge placement fees.

By using our website, content, memberships, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What We Offer

Our services may include:

  • Online lessons, training modules, and checklists
  • CV, email and application templates
  • Guidance on visa and interview preparation
  • Access to employer contact information and research tools
  • Scam awareness and safety guidance
  • Access to support channels or communities where applicable

All information is for education and guidance only. You are responsible for how you use it and for all decisions and actions you take.

3. Eligibility

To use our paid services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and
  • You are legally allowed to use our services under the laws of your country.

If you sign up or pay on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their consent.

4. Accounts & Access

When you create an account or access member content, you agree to:

  • Provide true and accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Not share, resell or publicly post our paid content

We may suspend or cancel access without refund if we reasonably believe you:

  • Break these Terms
  • Abuse, threaten or harass staff or other members
  • Copy, resell or misuse our material

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Prices for our products or memberships are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorise us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method.

If your membership is on a recurring basis, it may renew automatically each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date using the method we provide (for example, via email or support, as stated on our site).

If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until payment is successful.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and members gain access to training and resources immediately, all sales are generally treated as non-refundable.

However, we aim to be fair. You may contact us within a reasonable time if:

  • You were unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our side; or
  • You were clearly charged in error or received the wrong product.

Any refund or credit is granted at our discretion. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of action or effort
  • Not getting a job, visa, placement, or specific outcome
  • Misuse or unauthorised sharing of our content

7. No Job, Visa or Income Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • That you will get a job or job offer
  • That your visa, permit or application will be approved
  • Any specific income, hours, benefits, or working conditions

Any testimonials, case studies or examples shown are individual experiences and do not promise the same results for you.

8. No Agency & No Placement Fees

We are not an employment agency or labour broker. We do not “sell jobs” and we do not charge workers placement fees for job offers.

If anyone claims to represent Farm Ready and requests money to “secure” a job or visa, treat this as suspicious and contact us directly using our official details below.

9. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Follow all laws in your home country and in the country where you apply to work
  • Provide honest and accurate information in all applications
  • Not use our materials for fraud, scams or illegal activity
  • Not copy, resell or distribute our content as your own

10. Community Rules

If you join any Farm Ready group, chat or community, you must:

  • Be respectful to all members and staff
  • Avoid hate speech, harassment or threats
  • Not share fake offers, scams or misleading information
  • Not spam or promote paid services without our written consent

We may remove you from any group or community if you break these rules.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on FarmReady.org, including videos, text, guides, templates, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or used under license.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use our content only for your own learning and applications. You may not copy, sell, publish, or use our material to build a competing service without our written permission.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to government sites, employers, partners, or payment providers. These sites are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, actions, fees, or decisions.

You use third-party sites and services at your own risk and must follow their terms.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As far as allowed by law, our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that our website or platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

As far as allowed by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of income, opportunities, or employment
  • Visa denials, delays, or government decisions
  • Any acts or omissions of employers, agencies, or third parties
  • Indirect, special or consequential damages

If we are ever found legally liable, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the last three (3) months, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Farm Ready, its owners, staff and partners harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your unlawful or dishonest use of our services
  • Your misuse of any information provided by us

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute should first be raised with us directly. If we cannot resolve it, the matter may be brought before the appropriate courts in South Africa.
