By registering, the student/guardian is liable for the full course fee as per the selected training program.
Access to course content will only be granted once the full deposit/payment has been received.
Failure to attend or complete the course does not reduce liability for the full course fee.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Tuition fees may only be refundable under the following conditions:
(a) Written cancellation is received within 2 calendar days of registration.
(b) The course is no longer offered by Farm Ready.
If any amount remains unpaid after the due date, access to the course will be suspended until all outstanding fees are settled.
Exclusion from the platform does not remove the student’s liability to pay any fees due.
Farm Ready reserves the right to withhold certificates or proof of completion until all outstanding payments are received.
If the student fails to meet the entrance requirements, Farm Ready reserves the right to cancel the registration.
Any student found guilty of dishonesty, fraud, or violation of platform rules may be suspended or expelled, with no refund issued.
Students expelled for misconduct will remain liable for fees up to the point of expulsion.
In the case of unforeseen disruptions (e.g., load shedding, industrial unrest, or acts of God), Farm Ready will make every effort to resume training but makes no guarantees in this regard.
Farm Ready makes no guarantee of employment, visa approval, or acceptance into the U.S. H‑2A/H‑2B program. Our courses are designed to educate and prepare students only.
Any false information provided during registration may result in expulsion or withdrawal from the course.
All course material, videos, templates, and downloads are the property of Farm Ready and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without written consent.
Farm Ready may use photos or testimonials submitted or captured during training (online or in person) for marketing purposes, unless explicitly requested not to.
Students must notify Farm Ready in writing of any changes to personal information, including contact details or email address.
All official communication will be sent to the registered email address.
